Your High Blood Pressure Isn’t The Cause Of Heart Disease

Doctor checking blood pressure

Word is half of those who die from heart attack have completely normal blood pressure and you can bet most of those people are on high blood pressure meds and worse.

It’s true your risk of a heart attack may be greater if you have abnormal blood pressure levels, but the cause of heart attack as well as abnormal blood pressure levels is inflammation, NOT a drug deficiency.

If you’re looking for a real solution I’ve found it.

It’s only a matter of time before you hear the medical institutions claim they were totally mistaken about heart disease and the dangers of high blood pressure medications.

Are you struggling to avoid salt, eating less fat and digging deeper into your retirement fund to afford high blood pressure drugs? Well don’t suddenly stop cold turkey, but you can start making positive affective change right now.

Read on to discover how . . .

If you’ve tried the traditional approach, you’ve just participated in a massive experiment that failed. Don’t feel too bad, you’re not alone . . . millions of people have walked down the same path only to find themselves slaves of the drugs that hold them prisoner.

High blood pressure doesn’t cause heart disease, but harmful drugs can actually increase your risk of deteriorating your health even further. Why not help you body maintain normal blood pressure naturally without doing harm?

Inflammation is a natural immune response of a healthy body. Thank God you have symptoms, or you would never know when your body’s natural healing process is working. So why do Americans spend hundreds of billions of dollars covering up symptoms with unnatural chemicals every year?

While you are chemically interfering with your body’s natural healing processes, the root cause of heart disease could be taking hold and tightening its grip right now.

There is a lot of money and even more ego and pride at stake in the present medical model, so don’t expect a public apology too soon . . . but it will come. How many more people do you think will be led down the same dead-end path before they announce that high blood pressure medications are NOT a cure for heart disease?

Who really knows?

Even though the government keeps lowering the standards and corralling more people into the “high risk category” for heart disease. In spite of the fact that more high blood pressure drugs are prescribed than ever before, still sudden death is all around us. Updating high blood pressure guidelines has only one goal . . . to sell billions of dollars worth of drugs.

Bottom line these drugs are now doing more harm than good.

About the time you chemically alter your blood pressure levels down, it becomes “too low” and the doctor switches your prescription again. Next thing you know you’re on blood thinners and told you can’t eat green vegetables like broccoli and spinach.

You may already know if you are taking medication many healthy foods suddenly are labeled “forbidden foods.”

Ever wonder why?

Truth is these forbidden foods “naturally” do what the medication is claiming to do. If you eat healthy while taking some of these drugs you may amplify the effect of your medication. You just have to ask yourself, “why not reduce the medication while simply eating more of what is naturally good for you instead?”

A Sweet Answer For High Blood Pressure

nervous system

It’s such a tragedy when I see healthy people told they need to get on high blood pressure drugs for the rest of their lives. I’m not saying not to take your medication at all . . . I’m just saying too many doctors simply jump the gun on this one. Most of the case studies that drug companies use to make their pitch are from only the severe cases.

If you have neglected your health for so long that your body needs drugs to maintain life then use them, that’s what they are for. But if you are an average person or even an exceptional person . . . the probability is always on your side that a natural remedy will help.

Besides the fact that most high blood pressure is caused from emotional stress factors, diet and lifestyle . . . plus more often than not it’s just a simple case of dehydration or mineral deficiency.

In fact all of the drugs in use today are complex imitations of compounds and nutrients found in nature anyway. So do yourself a favor sit down, take a deep breath and a glass of water . . . and while your relaxing why don’t you enjoy a big fat delicious organic chocolate bar. That’s right, haven’t you heard?

Chocolate that is, REAL chocolate is a medicinal food and has been proven to promote healthy blood pressure levels in subjects studied.

Now please don’t run up to the store and buy a bunch of candy bars, they are NOT good for you and they rarely if ever contain the REAL chocolate I am telling you about.

Milk Chocolate is still your enemy. It is chocked full of refined sugar or high fructose corn syrup, other nasty additives and even hydrogenated oils (trans-fats).

Real chocolate still has the super-food qualities of the original cacao bean still in it. In fact you can find delicious raw cacao beans or raw chocolate nibs and eat them straight out of the bag. In fact I’m going to share a secret recipe with you. I take raw or roasted cacao beans and crumble them on top of my organic coffee beans and it is absolutely delicious, even without sugar.

And if you need sugar try using raw unrefined sugar in your morning coffee, it’s full of minerals and nutrients that refine sugar never has.

I use “organic” cacao because it doesn’t have pesticide residue and for some reason non-organic cacao beans are extremely high in lead content too. Chocolate nibs are simply crushed cacao beans and the roasted ones are my favorite.

Now if you are not the Euell Gibbons type, as I am, you can find organic chocolate bars at any health food store. I highly recommend 65% or higher cacao; it will say right on the label, 75% cacao is my favorite, mmmmM.

Here are some of the health benefits:

- High in antioxidants: Ounce for ounce, chocolate is one of the richest food sources of these all important substances. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals, which are extra oxygen electrons that can accelerate aging and the problems that come with it.

- Rich in valuable micronutrients: Chocolate supplies significant amounts of potassium, zinc, magnesium and iron.

- Cholesterol "neutral”: Chocolate has been found to help promote healthy cholesterol levels. And, believe it or not, the fat found in chocolate is "cholesterol neutral," meaning that it doesn't have a negative effect on cholesterol levels.

- Good for blood pressure: People who ate just over 3 ounces of premium quality dark chocolate each day for two straight weeks had an easier time maintaining healthy blood pressure, according to one study. And, according to a 2003 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, chocolate helped promote healthy blood pressure levels in the subjects studied. Chocolate helps relax blood vessels so blood can flow through them easier.

A safe, mild stimulant: Chocolate actually has relatively little caffeine, but many people notice a quick increase in alertness and improvement in mood that can last hours after eating. That has been accredited to the synergistic blend of key minerals and micronutrients that power boosts the energy centers of your cells.

So there you have it. There are many ways to enjoy life and at the same time benefit your overall health and well being. I hope you enjoyed this information and find your closest health food store ASAP, I know I will!
