Your High Blood Pressure Isn’t The Cause Of Heart Disease

Doctor checking blood pressure

Word is half of those who die from heart attack have completely normal blood pressure and you can bet most of those people are on high blood pressure meds and worse.

It’s true your risk of a heart attack may be greater if you have abnormal blood pressure levels, but the cause of heart attack as well as abnormal blood pressure levels is inflammation, NOT a drug deficiency.

If you’re looking for a real solution I’ve found it.

It’s only a matter of time before you hear the medical institutions claim they were totally mistaken about heart disease and the dangers of high blood pressure medications.

Are you struggling to avoid salt, eating less fat and digging deeper into your retirement fund to afford high blood pressure drugs? Well don’t suddenly stop cold turkey, but you can start making positive affective change right now.

Read on to discover how . . .

If you’ve tried the traditional approach, you’ve just participated in a massive experiment that failed. Don’t feel too bad, you’re not alone . . . millions of people have walked down the same path only to find themselves slaves of the drugs that hold them prisoner.

High blood pressure doesn’t cause heart disease, but harmful drugs can actually increase your risk of deteriorating your health even further. Why not help you body maintain normal blood pressure naturally without doing harm?

Inflammation is a natural immune response of a healthy body. Thank God you have symptoms, or you would never know when your body’s natural healing process is working. So why do Americans spend hundreds of billions of dollars covering up symptoms with unnatural chemicals every year?

While you are chemically interfering with your body’s natural healing processes, the root cause of heart disease could be taking hold and tightening its grip right now.

There is a lot of money and even more ego and pride at stake in the present medical model, so don’t expect a public apology too soon . . . but it will come. How many more people do you think will be led down the same dead-end path before they announce that high blood pressure medications are NOT a cure for heart disease?

Who really knows?

Even though the government keeps lowering the standards and corralling more people into the “high risk category” for heart disease. In spite of the fact that more high blood pressure drugs are prescribed than ever before, still sudden death is all around us. Updating high blood pressure guidelines has only one goal . . . to sell billions of dollars worth of drugs.

Bottom line these drugs are now doing more harm than good.

About the time you chemically alter your blood pressure levels down, it becomes “too low” and the doctor switches your prescription again. Next thing you know you’re on blood thinners and told you can’t eat green vegetables like broccoli and spinach.

You may already know if you are taking medication many healthy foods suddenly are labeled “forbidden foods.”

Ever wonder why?

Truth is these forbidden foods “naturally” do what the medication is claiming to do. If you eat healthy while taking some of these drugs you may amplify the effect of your medication. You just have to ask yourself, “why not reduce the medication while simply eating more of what is naturally good for you instead?”

The Great Salt Myth Busted !!!

organic salt

As you begin to read this article you will be amazed at how threatening high blood pressure issues are and at the same time how simple the remedy is . . .

Cutting-edge research shows that for the vast majority of people, natural salt consumption does not raise blood pressure. The truth is avoiding salt is dangerous to your health and may even kill you.

One study in the journal of Human Hypertension (13:777-80, 1999) concluded that substituting table salt for potassium, magnesium, sodium salt . . . 9 out 0f 20 elderly hypertensive patients experienced an 11 point drop in their daytime systolic blood pressure. And it turns out that natural sea salt rich in natural potassium, magnesium and sodium helps to normalize healthy blood pressure levels.

Unless you're sodium-sensitive, chances are your high blood pressure stems from a lack of the correct ration of calcium, magnesium and potassium.

The cold truth is good salt has gotten a bum rap, like so many other natural remedies that have provided superior health benefits for ages. Do you recall the old TV commercials from the ‘70s that would say, “It’s not nice to fool Mother Nature,” in an attempt to convince you that margarine was better than butter? It seems mainstream media’s creedo is, “If you’re gonna lie, lie BIG!”

If we only knew then, what we know now!

Trans fats (hydrogenated oils A.K.A. margarine) virtually created myocardial arrests all on its own and destroyed millions of people’s lives and still is. All in the name of advertising, under the guise of another gimmick, another modern “man-made” wonder to cheat Mother Nature with.

Today we know trans-fats cause inflammation and contribute to high blood pressure, or perhaps you haven’t heard?

The same lie was sold to you against natural salt in an attempt to sell man-made table salt. It’s just not good to fool the Mother Nature period. FACT: your body needs sodium as an essential nutrient. Your body cannot produce its own sodium, and without it you will surely die.

Salt is basically sodium chloride and sodium ions, the two major components of salt, are necessary for the survival of all known living creatures, including humans

Natural chloride increases your body’s ability to absorb heart healthy potassium. Chloride is the key to balanced stomach acidity, helps sustain healthy pH for the whole body and increases the elimination of CO2 from your blood . . . preventing acidosis.

On the other hand unnatural, isolated, synthetic sodium chloride (a.k.a. table salt) is a different story.

Table salt has ZERO trace elements and because your body cannot use it, the synthetic salt becomes a biological poison.

It was once said by a wise man, “You are the salt of the earth: but if the salt has lost his savor, where can it be salted? It is therefore good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.”

In other words if the salt has lost its essential qualities, it is useless like the dust under our sandals. It is the “savor” of the salt that makes it precious and useful. “Table salt” is an isolated man-made chemical that has no “life force” and has lost all of its essential qualities.

Now back to nature . . . sea salt has been treasured throughout history and in India is still used as money. Sea salt has a perfect balance of trace minerals like potassium and magnesium and other key nutrients you require for optimal health.

If sea salt were bad for you Mahatma Gandhi would have died from high blood pressure, along with billions of other Indian peoples.

The beautiful thing is your body somehow recognizes this perfect balance and readily absorbs all these essential nutrients quickly.

The new science of health, called epigenetics emphasizes your body’s connection to your environment. The latest breakthrough discovery indicates that cell membrane health can be nurtured which ultimately even controls your master gene switchboard.

Today epigenetic scientists have revealed the once hidden connection between your genes and your environment . . . but it all depends on your cell membrane health which depends on sea salt.

Every cell in your body is bathed in a sea of clear, life nurturing fluid. Much like the amniotic fluid that nurtures a baby inside the mother’s womb. This salty sea like fluid is found in your blood, throughout your body and in your bones and like any living sea creature, should it be put immersed into synthetic salt they die, just as your cells die.

When you add pinch of genuine sea salt to a glass of water and drink it you are releasing and activating powerful ionically charged minerals and trace elements. Without these your body cannot produce electricity and slowly drowns in its own CO2 in a slow death caused by a severe pH imbalance called acidosis.

One of the first symptoms of acidosis, or severe acid pH, is high blood pressure. High blood pressure symptoms can also be triggered from dehydration, so it is crucial that you help balance healthy blood pressure levels with natural sea salt intake along with plenty of water . . . EVERY DAY!

One more note for today: Pharmaceutical drugs work one way or another in spite of their inherit and damaging side effects. But sea salt works “both” ways, helping to normalize healthy blood pressure levels. If your pressure tends to be low your body will utilize the trace elements to restore its natural balance automatically just as well as when it is high.

Remember high or low blood pressure fluctuations are not caused by a drug deficiency and drugs are NOT nutrients . . .

A Sweet Answer For High Blood Pressure

nervous system

It’s such a tragedy when I see healthy people told they need to get on high blood pressure drugs for the rest of their lives. I’m not saying not to take your medication at all . . . I’m just saying too many doctors simply jump the gun on this one. Most of the case studies that drug companies use to make their pitch are from only the severe cases.

If you have neglected your health for so long that your body needs drugs to maintain life then use them, that’s what they are for. But if you are an average person or even an exceptional person . . . the probability is always on your side that a natural remedy will help.

Besides the fact that most high blood pressure is caused from emotional stress factors, diet and lifestyle . . . plus more often than not it’s just a simple case of dehydration or mineral deficiency.

In fact all of the drugs in use today are complex imitations of compounds and nutrients found in nature anyway. So do yourself a favor sit down, take a deep breath and a glass of water . . . and while your relaxing why don’t you enjoy a big fat delicious organic chocolate bar. That’s right, haven’t you heard?

Chocolate that is, REAL chocolate is a medicinal food and has been proven to promote healthy blood pressure levels in subjects studied.

Now please don’t run up to the store and buy a bunch of candy bars, they are NOT good for you and they rarely if ever contain the REAL chocolate I am telling you about.

Milk Chocolate is still your enemy. It is chocked full of refined sugar or high fructose corn syrup, other nasty additives and even hydrogenated oils (trans-fats).

Real chocolate still has the super-food qualities of the original cacao bean still in it. In fact you can find delicious raw cacao beans or raw chocolate nibs and eat them straight out of the bag. In fact I’m going to share a secret recipe with you. I take raw or roasted cacao beans and crumble them on top of my organic coffee beans and it is absolutely delicious, even without sugar.

And if you need sugar try using raw unrefined sugar in your morning coffee, it’s full of minerals and nutrients that refine sugar never has.

I use “organic” cacao because it doesn’t have pesticide residue and for some reason non-organic cacao beans are extremely high in lead content too. Chocolate nibs are simply crushed cacao beans and the roasted ones are my favorite.

Now if you are not the Euell Gibbons type, as I am, you can find organic chocolate bars at any health food store. I highly recommend 65% or higher cacao; it will say right on the label, 75% cacao is my favorite, mmmmM.

Here are some of the health benefits:

 - High in antioxidants: Ounce for ounce, chocolate is one of the richest food sources of these all important substances. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals, which are extra oxygen electrons that can accelerate aging and the problems that come with it.

 - Rich in valuable micronutrients: Chocolate supplies significant amounts of potassium, zinc, magnesium and iron.

 - Cholesterol "neutral”: Chocolate has been found to help promote healthy cholesterol levels. And, believe it or not, the fat found in chocolate is "cholesterol neutral," meaning that it doesn't have a negative effect on cholesterol levels.

 - Good for blood pressure: People who ate just over 3 ounces of premium quality dark chocolate each day for two straight weeks had an easier time maintaining healthy blood pressure, according to one study. And, according to a 2003 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, chocolate helped promote healthy blood pressure levels in the subjects studied. Chocolate helps relax blood vessels so blood can flow through them easier.

A safe, mild stimulant: Chocolate actually has relatively little caffeine, but many people notice a quick increase in alertness and improvement in mood that can last hours after eating. That has been accredited to the synergistic blend of key minerals and micronutrients that power boosts the energy centers of your cells.

So there you have it. There are many ways to enjoy life and at the same time benefit your overall health and well being. I hope you enjoyed this information and find your closest health food store ASAP, I know I will!

Learn How To Prevent A False Diagnosis And Help Us Save More Lives.

Unfortunately western medicine’s agenda for you is to establish some frivolous new standard and to justify long-term drug therapy, no matter what the real risk. For example, did you know there is no direct correlation between the height of both systolic and diastolic pressures with stroke and heart attack events? Read on to learn more . . .

Statistics reveal the majority of stroke and heart attacks happen to people with “normal” blood pressure levels. So why are they lowering the bar for medication, could it be only to sell more drugs?

You could be the next victim, randomly sentenced to take dangerous heart medication for the rest of your life, unless you learn the truth.

I am not challenging the rare use of prescriptive medicine for those with pre-existing vascular disease, however, but to accept these addictive drugs as “preventative” is absurd. If that were true heart disease would not be the “number one cause” of people dying in America. Don’t be deceived by the drug Cartel’s scare tactics, there is real hope for those who care to look for it. Health is still your choice.

By learning to identify the real root causes of heart disease earlier in life, we can all help stop the unnecessary drugging of adults and children at younger and younger ages. If you are wondering what ever happened to genuine health care, follow the link below for you own High Blood Pressure Remedy Report™.
